Powers: Proportionate strength and speed of a spider, spider sense that warns him of danger, ability to cling to walls like a spider, uses web shooters to shoot out web like substance used for swinging from building to building and capturing crooks.

History: Peter Parker lived with his Aunt and Uncle Ben and May Parker. Peter lived a quite sheltered life until the day he attended a radiation demonstration on school trip. A spider exposed to radiation bit Peter, passing along to Peter spider like abilities like the ability to cling to walls and spider like strength. At first Pete used his powers to make money going into show business. During his short career, a burglar ran past Peter. Not feeling it was his responsibility Peter didn't think much of it. After returning home, Peter Parker found that the same burglar had murdered his Uncle Ben.  Peter captured the crook at a nearby warehouse.  Spider-Man then entertainer was no more, but Spider-Man the super hero was just beginning. Peter realized with great power.. comes great responsibility.
