Time Rider

Notes: Now with the
first part of the story we got some basic information about John
Martin, his family, and life long friend Jake which leads
us into the Philadelphia Experiment. In real life legend has it that
on October 28, 1943 the USS Eldridge was part of a government
experiment
to make ships invisible to radar, but unfortunately things went
wrong. Men from the Eldridge were said to appear in bars, start
fights, and just disappear. Worse legend has it that after the
experiment was concluded some men were found alive partly trapped
inside the ship's body.
The experiment was said to have been conducted by
Dr Franklin Reno (or Rinehart) as a military application of Albert
Einstein’s unified field theory, or “generalized theory of
gravitation." Einstein did theorize that if one could travel
the speed of light that travel forward into time was possible. What
if Einstein had gone farther than that in his theories and kept it
secret to everyone, but the U.S. Government? What if the government
tried to use time travel to win the war? Certainly, knowing the
future would come in handy in a war. Maybe it's a bit far fetched,
but it certainly is a fascinating question.
