Shadow Boy
Real name: Victor Heavy
Origin Victor was a boy who, didn't follow the rules of Saint Katherine's Bay. He lived underground with the city's less desirables. One day when he was walking in the middle of the highway, listening to his iPod, a drunk driver swerved toward him and almost hit Victor, but someone had saved him, it was Shadow Hawk! Since then he trained himself to be an excellent acrobat and even used his underground contacts to acquire a collapsible bo staff. Now he wages his own war on crime. Occasionally showing up to offer Shadow Hawk his assistance in an effort to repay the vigilante for saving his life.
