Monster Hunter World: Iceborne has some exciting free content coming this month, including collaboration events with Resident Evil and Horizon Zero Dawn.
Starting from 00:00 GMT tomorrow November 8th, Monster Hunter World: Iceborne players will be able to jump in to the Raccoon City event quests in which Leon, Claire and Tyrant from the iconic Resident Evil series pay a visit to Hoarfrost Reach.
Access new equipment from the weapon design and Palico gear contest, complete quests to earn materials for Leon or Claire layered armour sets as well as three Resident Evil-themed weapon pendants, and also get rewarded with two new zombie-rific gestures for completing event quests.
Your room in-game also gets decked out with Raccoon City-themed decorations, and you can even save your game using the iconic typewriter.
A Horizon Zero Dawn crossover event will also be coming to Iceborne on November 21st, bringing a load more themed gear including the ability for players above MR24 to craft a Light Bowgun based on Aloy’s Stormslinger Prototype from Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds.
Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is currently available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and will be coming to PC on January 9th. The base game Monster Hunter World is required to play the Iceborne expansion. For more info about the game, head over to the official website.
